Akytt Shipping Policy

 

1. Fast Processing

We aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible! All orders are processed and handed over to our trusted shipping partners within **1–2 business days** after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 

2. Delivery Time by Region

Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination. Here’s what to expect:

- **Australia & New Zealand:** 7–10 business days 

- **United States & Canada:** 8–12 business days 

- **UAE & Saudi Arabia:** 6–9 business days 

Please note: These estimates *exclude* processing time and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance.

 

3. Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders:

- Australia / New Zealand: Orders over **US$50** 

- United States / Canada: Orders over **US$75** 

- UAE / Saudi Arabia: Orders over **US$60** 

 Orders below these amounts will be charged a flat shipping fee at checkout.

 

4. Duties & Taxes – No Surprises!

For most orders under local de minimis thresholds (e.g., under AUD $1,000 in Australia, USD $800 in the US), **you will NOT be charged additional import fees** upon delivery.

Our prices are displayed in USD and do not include VAT/GST, but thanks to international trade rules, small packages are typically cleared duty-free. If your order exceeds local thresholds, you may be contacted by the carrier for payment — this is rare and outside our control.

 

5. Real-Time Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a **tracking number** and a direct link to monitor your package via carriers like YunExpress, DHL eCommerce, or Cainiao — all of whom provide full end-to-end tracking to your door.

 

6. What Could Cause Delays?

While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, please understand that the following are beyond our control:

- Customs inspections (especially during peak seasons) 

- Weather events, public holidays, or carrier backlogs 

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses 

We’re not responsible for delays caused by these factors, but we’ll always help track your package and liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
