Thank you for shopping with Akytt! We want you to love your purchase — and if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You have **14 days from the date of delivery** to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. How to Request a Return
Please **contact us first** at CONTACT@AKYTT.COM before sending anything back.Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions.
📦 **Note**: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.
3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- **If returning for change of mind**: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- **If returning due to our error** (wrong item, defect, or damage): We’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
- Personal care products (e.g., skincare, makeup)
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale”
If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, just ask!
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to:
a. Return the original item (following the steps above)
b. Place a new order for your preferred item
We do not process direct exchanges to avoid inventory delays.
6. European Union Customers
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within **14 days of receipt**, for any reason, without justification. All standard return conditions (unused, with tags, etc.) still apply.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
a. **Inspect immediately** upon delivery
b. **Email us within 48 hours** with photos and your order number
c. We’ll either replace it, issue a refund, or provide a store credit — your choice
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your **original payment method** within **10 business days**.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
